I love working here, very thankfull to have such an amazing company based in the Sunshine Coast.

Absolutely discusting how they treat their staff and from working there super dodgy in half their works

Chronic smoking and unhealthy culture, smoking in work areas including transportation, 60 s attitude blatant disregard of health for rights of workers and subcontractors !

Worst company to be subcontracted to. No fair go at all. Simple thing like water was to much to ask for in less you were going to pay them for it. Hopefully never work under these guys again.This was 3 years ago on the new run way in sunshine cost

Shadforths are currently clearing land in Deebing Creek, Ipswich that is of cultural significance to the traditional owners. The traditional owners need to be respected and consulted with so that they can maintain connection to their sacred site and the bones of their ancestors can be repatriated. Shadforths claims to be founded on 'respect' but it seems their respect is very selective.

Not a good look for the company when one of your employees is driving like a lunatic on quiet roads with kids around on school holidays in a company vehicle number plate 924 SKU about 4:30 in Sippy Downs your workers are literally putting the lives of children at risk . I have footage of it

Worst mob to work for. They whip the people that actually do the work and let the lazzy people cruise around like their not even at work. Bullying and dodgy happenings everywhere. They have no loyalty towords good workers(poor souls)that have been with them for years. I will never work for this company again.

That's the license plate of the vehicle that at 8:00am-8:30am on Tuesday Morning the 21st of March, had a nasty habit of speeding and tailgating other vehicles on a stretch of the Centenary Hwy, between the Logan Motorway and Eden's Crossing at Redbank Plains. Which appeared to be the vehicles destination, the construction sites on the south end of Eden's Crossing. I know this, because for all their tailgating of my vehicle till I finally had a lane to allow them to pass me, where they exceeded I would guess 5-8kph over the 100kph speed limit (I use cruise control, set to 100kph on that section btw), I ended up back behind them after exiting the highway at the White Rock roundabout. So for all their reckless operation of a vehicle baring YOUR logo, it ultimately got them no-where faster..... maybe 1 or 2 seconds really.I would certainly think, that if your employees are so reckless with the operation of your equipment, that they may in fact be just as reckless and irresponsible in their work. And I would not recommend the services of a company in the process of employing such people.

A culture of bullying of apprentices in the workshop. Not enough tradesmen to apprentices very poor supervision. Very poor culture where they put 8-10 apprentices on each year and pitch them against each other with the intention of only keeping 1-2. Do yourself a favour and don't do it look for an organisation that wants to help you grow not bully you and threaten you with dismissal everytime you challenge their behaviour.

Absolute cowboys! Worked for them back in 2012, really dodgy. Especially Darrin Dodunski and Michael Bishop - both are cowboys
