They have created an environment that makes people feel comfortable and welcomed when they enter the studio. The classes are fun and the instructors are always helpful and engaging. I love this beautiful place and the instructor’s , I enjoy my classes so much here the ambience before the sun rises and at night makes the classes even more enjoyable , I mostly enjoy the power class as for me I feel I get the most out of it , thank you!

Great small studio at Beaconsfield,nice and quiet for a 7am start. The staff Brendan was wonderful, Not too instructive or hands off for a beginner, had the right balance. Thank you Brendan.

I had my first pilates class today. Darcey was our instructor and she was amazing! Had a really positive beginner experience and enjoyed the workout! Will definitely be coming to more classes :)

The studio is the perfect - modern and inviting with Pilates beds & equipment for a great workout and the instructors are amazing - they’re welcoming, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable.Would 100% recommend if you love or want to try reformer Pilates!

I love reformer Pilates at this studio. I usually attend Brendan’s classic sessions. Instruction style is friendly and easy to understand. Ambience is very relaxing.They are beginner friendly yet challenging. Love a good workout at this studio.It’s location is perfect as it is close by to all shops so I can quickly go for a workout followed by a coffee at one of nearby cafes. Missed working out here during lockdown.

I started doing Pilates back in 2021 as an aged care shift worker who needed to focus on my core and back pain. I can say from my experience I don’t have anymore back pain, my posture has improved and I have more energy than I did prior. Thank you to the Flow & Co. Pilates team!
