Shopped here Sunday 29/5. This store has a great range and really good discounts.The guy and girl working today were excellent. He may be the store manager? Really friendly, they knew their stock well and wrapped all my items carefully. Also let me use their trolley to take everything back to my car - really appreciated.Will definitely shop here again in the future.

the staff are really nice and helpful and one looks like many from modern family, they are also willing to negotiate a price as well as are also willing to put up with indecisiveness and stupid questions.

Stefan was incredibly helpful with my partner and I making our first 'proper' kitchenware investment - which is perfect for our ceramic tops. At no point pushy in the sales process, took the time to understand our product needs and held the package for us while we continued our shopping! Kudos to Stefan for providing a great sales experience for two total noobs in the kitchen.

I could only assume that the rude older lady that works there owns it, if not Matchbox recruiting needs to ask themselves some pretty big questions.I would shop here ever again due to the incredibly poor service. I don't think I could ever imagine talking to a customer in the way that I was spoken to. (Actually to be more accurate I would describe it as yelled at).

Visited the store on the morning of Sat 30 July. This has got to be one of the most uncomfortable I've felt for not going ahead with a purchase.The lady in store went from doing nothing but distracted at the counter, to a hard sell. I went in looking for a specific item. Found it, didn't like, but was stared down by the lady. I could not walk out of the store faster.

A weird experience where you feel rushed into buying something by the staff. Sometimes customers just want to browse and look at the products instead of having a specific product in mind.I had a polite request that got denied very rudely. The customers before us were dealt with very nicely, offered a parking ticket. In my case, I had to ask for it. Its the small things that can make you feel unwanted and not go again to the store.

Shop was busy today, good luck to them. However aggressive older saleswoman was very rude. Not good for business you're not the only shop around.
