No customer support. No response to email queries. Does not answer the phone either. Item went missing for a month and then after filing a charge back got a partial refund without any comms.I would say terrible service but that would mean there would have to be any.

I will absolutely never order from them again. I filled in a return form 2.5 weeks ago as soon as my package arrived and I tried on the item to find it very uncomfortable and unsuitable. I got the automatic reply and then nothing. I emailed directly to follow up, used the IM feature on their website AND sent a message on Facebook Messenger. No response at all. In a final ditch effort, I tried to fill in the return form again (2.5 weeks after receiving the item) and got an error message that my return window had lapsed. The least charitable part of me sees this as a clear tactic to avoid their legal responsibility in processing returns. While I understand “staff shortages” and “Xmas time,” this is completely unacceptable. Absolutely never again.

Do not shop here!! This place is a scam. I waited months for my item to arrive, sent multiple emails, tried to call (phone disconnected), tried to use online chat bot (didn’t work). Thankfully I got in touch with the brand who supplied the product I had bought who helped resolve the issue for me and when the owner of Nursing Angel finally responded to the brand (with me cc’ed into the email) he was SO rude. Luckily I also paid on Afterpay so AfterPay were able to help get me a refund or else I’d still be waiting. This place has countless bad reviews online, so many customers in the same position/ having to contact consumer affairs to get a refund. Save yourself the stress, time & money & DON’T SHOP at Nursing Angel.

They were very patient and helpful with me yesterday. I was alone and needed a lot more advice. They are a great choice for anyone looking for affordable, high quality maternity products I would say.

I ordered infant probiotic drops but sachets were sent instead, which I couldn’t use. I contacted support and asked if the infant drops could be sent. They asked me to send the sachets back, which was ok. I asked if they’d cover the postage costs as the drops would have to be sent through a friend in brisbane as they don’t mail to my address, and they just never replied. I didn’t want to pay three lots of postage charges for their error. Hard to contact and deal with and I’d like a refund but unsure I’ll hear back.

Excellent quality nursing and maternity products at reasonable prices. I love the Ardo Alyssa double pump we got a few weeks back. Excellent customer service and quick shipping. This online shop is a great choice!

Do not order from this site as your order will never arrive! I ordered the breast pump parts 3 weeks ago and I received a shipping notices over 2 weeks ago but it never updated on tracking! I sent numerous emails and calls about this and asked where my order is but haven’t got any response at all! This is a scam company! Till this day I still haven’t got my order or any response from this web

Don't order from this company!I ordered a SNS express postage, it's now been a week and they've only just sent it. Selling breastfeeding equipment should be prioritised as it's very crutial for mothers. I am very disappointed because my supply has dropped significantly and I needed the SNS last week. Now it's going to be a longer road for me and bubs because Nursing Angel took a week to post my item that I desperately needed.

I purchased some tights and received an item shipped notification with tracking number that was pending for 9 days!There was apparently no stock of this item so why did I receive a shipping confirmation email? I emailed and heardnothing from them. When I called the number a gentleman answered the phone very casually with no mention of the company name or his name. I had to ask if I had called the correct number! After several calls back and forth I was refunded the money.However, I am left to think if I hadn't called that my money would have been gone! Don't buy from them. Very dodgy and unprofessional.

This place is outstanding in customer service. They know their stuff about wear and suitability. My shopping experience was very pleasant thanks to them. They have great stock. I got all my maternity needs sorted with them.
