The staff are friendly but the prices all well higher than Steves Liquor in Launceston. Also, today I bought red wine supposedly 2 for $30, paid by TapandGo and discovered when going through my bank account details later found I was chrged $60 So much for the special sign

They have personal recommendations on different wines, plus when I bought a wine that was from a bad batch they refunded with no issues. Lovely staff, very helpful and kind.
