Trying to get a price on a spare part. They want my full name, address, email address, contact number etc, everything you just about need to steal someones identity, just to get a price and availability! Fair enough if i was actually purchasing something but not just for a P&A question! Do not recommend.

Very poor service . Sales people with bad attitude.

Very very poor customer service. I called at 8.30am Friday April 12 to enquire on 1 sole part. I get interrogated and was asked my full name,date of birth,address,company name,email address and part number i want to enquire about. I get told someone will contact me back within 2 hours.1.30pm and still.no call back. I call back again. Once again i get interrogated and tell the different lady to the first time you dont need all my details and to have someone call me back or i complain to management. To this moment still no call back. Absolutely hopeless and useless customer service and i wonder how this company stays in business. Instead of employing people to interrogate your customers how about employing people to sell parts...after all isnt that the nature of your business Allight Sykes!!!???
