Galaxy Beads

Small (in size) but very good shop containing a lot of wonderful items to tempt. Friendly staff are happy to help out. I've become a regular here for my jewellery making needs.

I practically live in this shop. I like to view my beads before I buy them, and I haven't found another shop in the Perth suburbs that matches it. It's a small and friendly shop with a surprisingly good choice of beads, given the small floor space. I have always found everything I need here, including all the fixings" you could ever want.This is a small family owned business. Wendy and her family/staff are lovely and very helpful.Thank you

Do not recommend! I went here to try and get some beading repaired as I recommended this place by a jewellery repair store and the women working here were so unbelievably rude to me that I was shocked. They insulted the beading I was hoping to get repaired and told me it was cheap and not worth their time. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. They raised their voices at me and refused to even suggest another place I could go to get the service done. God knows how this business stays afloat if they treat everyone who comes in like that.

They have a good variety of beads, the customer service was good went to attend bookmark making class by using beads they really taught me well. Definitely will go back again.

Wendy is a beautiful lady, I have known her for some 15 or 16 years.She has a lovely extensive choice of beads. It's all set up like a shop.If you are a beading or jewellery making enthusiast like me, she is a must to visit.She is the only one in Perth now !Go girl go !! Your the best !!!

Gemstones are real and of quality. Great range. Anything dyed or artificial is labeled. Owner is genuine and honest and buys personally from trusted sources with decades of experience and contacts. Very helpful with design and technique tips and guidance. Book a tailored jewellery-making class on Friday at a super low low price (<$20!), for personal instruction to make whatever you want to make/learn. She's one of the best.Her finished handmade jewelry pieces are superb and well-priced. She has an obvious gift for colour, texture, feel, combination, setting, size. Huge range of silver and gold-plate charms, and much more!

The service lady was extremely rude and patronizing. I was looking for a few beads for a craft project I'm doing with my daughter and she tried to sell me a lot of stuff I don't need and then tried to tell me the store didn't have any beads of the sort I was after. I had already seen them, so I knew she was lying to try to get me to buy more items. I also really dislike being talked over and this lady wouldn't listen to me or let me finish a sentence. I will never be coming back to this store .

Good service, reasonable price, very sad to see them shut down

I love this shop. Wendy was always so kind and helpful. Her assistant, Maria, on the other hand, seemed to exude a bad energy and because of her rudeness I stopped going there. I was afraid of encountering that nasty Maria who has probably cost Wendy a lot of money.
