My experience has always been really good at this store. Staff always seem to go above and beyond to offer service that's almost too friendly. Food has always been served fast and to the standard you would expect.

We hardly ever go to red rooster but today we thought we would give it a go, it made me remember why I don't eat here very often. Bite into a piece of chicken tender to be faced with some disgusting red and black chunk of gunk starring back at me, it actually made me feel sick. Needless to say I stopped eating it and went elsewhere for lunch. Probably won't be back I the future

Monday the 5 of December. 1:33 pmWe were on a family trip. This b**** named kiara asked us if we wanted to be server or not. I then found 3 pieces of hair in my food. And not to mention she got our order completely wrong. And the other lady working there was lovely and was very helpful.

For years we avoided Red Rooster because of bad experience in one of their places. The chicken was terible, below the supermarket roas, but cold, with twice the price. Pleasantly suprised on a highway stop to find fresh nice chiken wrap with nice service.

The ripper roll is amazing. They seem to have changed the chips and now they're the best I've ever had!Staff are always friendly too.

On thursday night the 30th of june, i whiteness other customers aswell as myself getting served by a extremely rude lady she didn’t greet anyone with compassion she just said what do you want. the customer service from this girl was absolutelyappalling. i will not be coming back to get treated like this.

Food was mediocre, chips not cooked. Saved by chicken salt. Chicken wing things dry and cold. Otherwise okay.

Terrible burger. Please remind young staff also that they serve people with disabilities that are not always visible so be kind and be patient
