My wife and I have utilised Mick's services approximately 5 times over the past 12 months. With prices fluctuating, we wanted to know whether the house was worth the going rate. We basically lost our deposit before of the inspection report, it wrote major structure defect unless advised by engineer, it’s like saying I think it’s major defect but you should get another person to check. So what is the whole point of having to paying $600 for the building inspection? As we don’t want to risk, and don’t have time to get second inspection or advised by an engineer, we had to pull out the contract and lost our deposit. Shame

The building and pest report we received from this company saved us from a huge potential mistake when we went to buy a house. Mick was amazing - from the first email to phone calls. He was professional, extremely helpful and more importantly understanding of my concerns. Mick was exceptional! He was flexible in moving his calendar around the tenant’s schedule but was also still able to conduct the inspection in quick timing. Mick conducted a very thorough inspection, while his report was extremely comprehensive, where he also identified minor defects. I was also very impressed that the report was delivered the same day as the inspection.
