TK Maxx Castle Hill

TK Maxx in Castle Hill is a top store that sells great stuff.My wife loves the place and I can see why.Top branded products at great prices. Big store too, easy to browse with great staff too! Love their work!

I usually love this location.I was visiting the store with my 4 year old and came across the great selection of dog toys. My child and I were testing them out (trying to pick the one with the least offensive squeak noise) to buy one for our new puppy. I moved 1m to the left of the toys to look at dog beds. My little one continued to try out the toys as I said she could choose one for our dog. Less than a minute later, a staff member (middle aged British woman with darkish, ponytail length brown hair) stormed over to my little one and sternly and very loudly told her to stop squeaking the toys. While I understand dog toys are annoying as heck - it is ultimately a product in the store for customers to look, touch, try out and buy. The staff member was packing shelves three aisles away - surely the occasional squeak sound over the span of two minutes didn't warrant her reaction?I wish I had said something to the staff member, but my child was already so shaken by the encounter, I didn't want to add to her stress by getting into a confrontation.

I've never been a fan of clearance stores, but TK Maxx has changed my mind. I've picked up name brands and a big selection of sizes at bargain prices. TK Maxx has a wide variety of categories under one roof, with lots of parking and easy access. Well worth a browse.

Had everything I needed and was neat and tidy. A great selection.

TK Maxx is situated in Castle Mall and is quite a large store with an open layout and plenty of lighting . Aisles are amply spaced ,well presented and stocked with a vast diversity of marked down designer labels ranging from a multitude of clothing options ,food products, health & beauty lines , homewares & too many accessories to mention .Presentation of the store as mentioned above is above average and staff are very helpful .I base my observations & review upon my previous experience managing a variety store at Dee Why in 2004 and I can see this store is very well managed and I have no doubt staff would be very busy managing the fitting rooms & returns.

It's rather big department store. The location is clean and tidy. There are plenty of clothes, shoes and some others for selection. Once you go in, I believe that you will not disappoint. It's because the price is reasonable and the staff are very friendly as well. I like to go again in the future.

Call for checking the stock by providing the product code. Stuff on the phone said all sold out. After we go the store. It never moved. It has caused us so much hassle as the stuff not willing to help.

Good place especially if you are a woman as the range is significantly larger than the men's section. They now have homeware, dog stuff, and anything else you could possibly want or need. Great prices. Couldn't ask for anything more!
