Double Shot were a fantastic addition to our wedding day. Elisha was very communicative and responsive and made the lead up to the day easy and stress free. They did a brilliant job getting and keeping the dance floor all evening long. They'll bring a brilliant, fun, and fresh energy. AMAZING! We couldn't recommend Double Shot Music more highly! Looking for an excuse to have another event so we can have them again. Leading up to the Wedding, correspondence was great. Elisha is so easy to work with and very professional. No question is a silly question, and she was so friendly and accommodating. And very patient when I became anxious a few days out. Our Ceremony didn't go at all to plan EXCEPT for our music. The duo remained fully composed throughout the sudden downpour of rain. Their music gave me all the feels, as soon as I heard them begin to play I couldn't keep my emotions in.The reception was the best party! They read the room to ensure they kept the vibe alive. The DJ was so friendly and approachable. They even had my 78 year old Dad fist pumping and his mate, who can barely walk, up dancing several times because he couldn't resist the great music". I heard later the dance floor had to be repaired about 4 times because everyone was having such a good time literally 'ripping up the dance floor'.I hope they enjoyed our Wedding as much as we enjoyed having them! <3"

We booked Double Shot last minute for our Melbourne Cup event. We were delighted that they were available and felt very lucky to secure them. They made the process so easy and were very responsive in coordinating the event.On the day, they arrived almost an hour before the booking to ensure they could set up their equipment. They used their initiative setting up as we were busy accepting the catering order at the same time.They created such a lovely atmosphere for our event and their music choices were perfect. Elisha has the most beautiful voice.We would highly recommend them for corporate or personal events and will definitely rebook them for our future events.

Our wedding would not have been half as much fun without Double Shot bringing the vibes. As musicians ourselves, quality live music was really important to us. We had some very specific requests for the timeline and combinations we wanted. Double Shot were flexible and able to accomodate our wishes (we had a solo musician for the cocktail hour/canapés, a Spotify playlist for the reception dining time, and a 4pc band for the reception dance sets). Instead of a first dance we arranged to do a first song with the band. They were absolute champs about learning our chosen song, and playing it in the arrangement we wanted. It was such a magical moment and our guests found it very moving and memorable. They were also such good sports about us jamming with the band late in the night after a few drinks.All in all, I can’t recommend Double Shot highly enough! On top of being fantastic musicians, Elisha is incredibly organised and won’t leave you hanging.

Double Shot Music was a great addition to our Corporate Half Yearly Celebration! It was nice to have live music at the venue performing. The staff were pleasantly surprised to discover there was a live band playing and not the usual music played from a playlist. They created a great vibe and just added a nice touch to our 'Bonnie & Clyde' themed event. I've heard nothing but positive feedback from everyone who attend. Elisha was responsive to my emails with regards to the planning, and was very accommodating on they day which helped with the smooth flow of the event. Thank you Elisha and the Double Shot Music team for being a part of our celebrations!

Double Shot were amazing! Elisha has a stunning voice. We had the trio package with acoustic guitar and keyboard which really set the atmosphere for the evening. Elisha was extremely thorough and communicative, reaching out prior to event with Zoom meeting (during Covid) to confirm our song choices and review event runsheet. She also worked in with our Celebrant / MC beforehand to ensure the night ran smoothly. We highly recommend this band.

We booked Double Shot Music as an acoustic duo + dj package around 4 weeks out from our wedding date, due to a cancellation and we only wish we had booked with them initially! Elisha was so communicative, so supportive and provided so many great ideas during the planning process to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Their performance was like no other as I walked down the aisle and their acoustic sets were enjoyed by all of our guests. The DJ kept the party going right until the last minute and we thoroughly enjoyed the night! It was so easy to work with Double Shot and would book them again in a heartbeat!

We really loved having Double Shot Music perform at our wedding reception at Aqua Luna. When chatting with Elisha in preparation, not only did she put us ease, she helped us with ideas that really helped the flow of the night beautifully. They serenaded our guests soulfully during mealtimes then they brought the party vibes right up to celebrate the night away with amazing vocals and beats to dance to. We also had some changes to the flow of the night simply because you never know how the actual evening will go and they totally went with the flow wth entertaining professionalism and positive warmth. We love how they finished our big day leaving us with wonderful memories to look back on. Thank you so very much Double Shot Music, you are amazing.

Elisha and the team at Double Shot Music were great! The acoustic duo for the ceremony couldn't have been more perfect for us! They learnt our first dance song and performed it so well it was impossible not to enjoy dancing to it. The dance band really got the party going and I spent most of my night on the dance floor exactly how I had imagined. Elisha was great with support and communication especially as I had postponed twice already due to COVID. Everyone enjoyed the music and many guests compliment the band and Elisha's voice. I would highly recommend this band for your wedding celebration!

We were lucky enough to have Double Shot Music on two occasions recently and they fit the vibe and energy of each event perfectly. For our client appreciation evening, they were the perfect balance of entertaining and professional, allowing our guests to network and converse, while providing beautiful entertainment. We then had them join us for our firm Christmas party, where they had a large majority of our Partners and employees up on the dancefloor and having a blast. Behind the scenes, they were professional and friendly to deal with, and were able to accommodate our booking at short notice.
