HSP Ute Lids

I’ve my Electric cover installed today (02/12/22) at HDP head quarters and I cannot be happier!! Quality is exceptional, fitting is perfect, the little details is what makes it stand out, for example: they provided me with a can of lubricant to service the roller cover. They didn’t have to but it was provided. Is not the can, but the gesture. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic! Michael is a really nice and extremely knowledgeable dude. Dealing with him was a breeze, super professional, comms was excellent, emails and questions promptly answered. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend.

Love the idea of the roller lid however if you have to carry precious cargo or tools be warned that they leak live a siv and only have a two year warranty.ReplyThanks for the reply, ok 3 years. I did purchase the lid second hand but in new condition however, as the fault lies within the parts (the slat connections) and has nothing to do with the way it was installed. Unit is now 4+ years old and the issue was reported 12-24 months of ownership.The warranty department informed me I'd be up for a $2000 approx repair and that the warranty isn't transferable. I think HSP should stand by their product just about any warranty is transferable because it is what buyers paid for It really goes with the product, it doesn't go with the person, not sure why HSP offer supply only on their products if it just voids the warranty.Drilling extra holes? This is trying to implicate me as someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing, I’ve not damaged the product in anyway and have followed all the installation instructions.HSP do not know who the previous owner is and mentioning any reviews that I’ve done have no relevance to the fact that your product is defective and you are not standing by it, the video shows exactly that. As to the appointment, I can’t justify travelling 1 hour + to show you a leak which is visible via video, the footage proved conclusive enough for the warranty department to establish the fault. I have to regularly clean out the drainage lines as the hoses block up and are too small for the lid so that’s not the fault.Your warranty department has said, this is not a 5 minute repair and thus quoted me a new lid.Fact, your product leaks.

Purchased the HSP Roller R Cover for my Next Gen Raptor and it absolutely awesome! Australian made, amazing quality and all the tech you need! Was so happy with it, I went out and purchased the Load Bar also. Again, HSP hit it out of the ball park! Keep up the great work HSP!

Have an 2021 Toyota Hilux got the electric roller cover installed, used it 3 times it’s been 4 months since it’s been installed and it just doesn’t work seems Jamed and vibrates terribly, terrible customer service never answers phones or texts, charge a lot of money for an extremely low quality product.Wouldn’t recommend guys.

I bought a Tail gate assist for my DMAX but did not fit it for some time as I was waiting for the car (purchased the assist kit some 9 months before I got the car). I had a problem with the bracket not holding the strut and when I contacted HSP, they honored the warranty, even though it was well past the 12 months and supplied replacement bolts to the new design along with instructions over the phone on how to fit them.I cannot rate them highly enough for their awesome customer support.

After reviewing a few different suppliers and products I selected HSP as their products seems more superior and I’ve seen their workmanship on other utes.It’s great to see a workshop perform a visual inspection of all vehicles before working on them as this guarantees for both parties that the condition the car is driven in is the same when it’s driven out.Staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable on their products.Extremely happy with the electric roller and also the remote tail gate lock.I had an issue with the remote tail gate not working after a few weeks and it was promptly fixed.If you are still shopping around, highly recommend giving these guys a go.

Had my cover fitted this week and the product is first class. So neatly and professionally installed on site as well. The customer service and sales team are also brilliant and very helpful.

I chose HSP after seeing their product online and thought they had some cool stuff they do with aftermarket accessories and decided to get a hard lid installed to give my ute maximum height for a fridge to be installed at a later date. The guys are quite helpful and friendly, I love my lid and the light it has for when it's dark so you can see inside your tub and that it has central locking as well for extra security. However, I have noticed things starting to peel off as in the rubber seals along the inside of the lid and the foam lining on the outside of the lid that sits adjacent to the rear window which I only had the lid installed mid last year so I feel this shouldn't be happening as it hasn't even been a year however I have had no other dramas with it, just a few minor things as I mentioned that may need looking into as to the strength of the glue they use or what they use to hold the seals down.

My 2023 Isuzu D-Max X-terrain tailgate central locking kit installation from HSP.1) Delivery - surprised me, was at my door in 2 days, great.2) The Kit - had everything I required to complete the job, I did however add a few more cable ties but I probably over did the security.3) Installation - instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. I had a little difficulty pushing the cable through the grommet in the firewall but eventually succeeded.4) HSP Service - A special thank you to Michael who provided quick responses to my questions and made the whole process simple for me.Overall, extremely happy with the product and service from HSP.Cheers, Dave

I ordered the tailgate locking mechanism for my Amarok Ultimate. The product shipped almost immediately and fitment took about an hour. Instructions were easy to follow. I just had to make a hole in the rear plastic to carry the wire through to behind the wheel arch, as there is no wiring loom in the Ultimate Tailgate. It works perfectly - and I'm very happy as a result! :)
