These guys cost me my job! I got a job on my own with no help from them and they Demanded that I tell them where I had started working and then CALLED MY EMPLOYER and harassed her to provide details.

I have called on multiple occassions to seek help with website and logging on. I use the call back service or even on hold till closing time. I have not once received a call back and the only time I get help is when my job agent calls me. But my job agent has been late to all my appointments.Response: I have attempted to call at least 4 times for call backs and all i have received is an email saying below.None of the options helped. I have decided to change providers. You have time to respond to a google review but do not have time for a phone call.Kind regards,David Scott

7 months to do a resume for me .....? Speak to yo u like you're a little child, condescending to the point of offensive and degrading and 2 job opportunities in 7 months....ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE !!

Good if ya wanna do volunteer work and waste ya time ...the person that did my resume didnt evn know wat was on my resume wen applying for volunteer work ..obvious kick backs for them from getn u to work for free ....never again
