I love this place! U tell them what u want, they'll ask u what ur willing to spend, they'll show u the items that can be sold at said price and for no extra cost they'll take away your old piece of furniture and deliver ur new item for you

The crew are sharp, witty and great fun to be with. I bought a fridge from them, and two weeks later I was back for a table and two coffee tables. Superb service and great products in their shop. The guy who delivered my fridge took so much care about maneouvering the old fridge out of the house, he had to negotiate some really tight bends and narrow corners, which he did brilliantly.Will definitely go back to them as the first port of call when I need something for my house. Brilliant.

I have a couch. Not even a year old. Said it can hold my husbands weight (120kg) and yet all seats have sunk. I asked for a replacement and now not only am I being ignored, as centrecare helped us get the couch, we are no longer their customers. Completely breaking the law re refunds. Does not matter if it was floor stock, I have rights.Edit: was offered a store credit IF we remove the review. Declined when he said he wanted the DAMAGED couch back to resell.

Do not buy from them. I got 3 mattresses and bed base. Extremely poor quality mattress gave me so much back pain that I ended up at the hospital emergency. I contacted them asking for a refund/ replacement. The answer was a NO.

Wasted my afternoon. Called to check stock availablity on a fridge before spending an hr and a half getting there and back. Was told yeh mate we have plenty of those in stock". So of course i get there to find they have no stock.. so he calls the warehouse.. no stock. So clearly he did not even check if they had any before wasting my time and petrol. Was not even apologetic.Definately shopping elsewhere."
