I love this place! Awesome warehouse with fun helpful people doing what they love. They repaired my bike tire really quickly even though it's not Chappelli bike and kept me super informed of the process.

Picked up fantastic 29er to commute to work. Awesome service by Anders and the team. Was with my little 4 year old and they were super cool joking around with her and made the whole experience a lot of fun. Great products at a reasonable price. Highly recommend checking it out.

Purchased a bike, then I was informed that they didn't have a courier anymore, waited a week and then I had to prompt them to do something, they then hired a uber driver to squeeze it in his car, the bike didn't fit so I rang up to inform them I was returning the bicycle as per their guarantee , got a cold response , then told they would arrange something, again waited a day had to ring them the next morning to see when they might pick the bike up, only to be screamed at that he Tom didn't need me ringing every 5 minutes, which was a gross statement as I had only rung once, they then sent a uber driver to pick the bike up , and once more it had to be squeezed into the car, then it took them 4 days to reverse my PayPal payment, very rude man and very inefficient online company, buyer beware., I just want to clarify I am talking about the Sydney store

Fantastic service, fast delivery in Melbourne and the cycle I purchased looks awesome and rides really nicely. The mat black modern fixie we purchased has a really clean and high quality finish for a very reasonable price. As i was not able to go into the store and made the purchase online, on call service was offered if we needed help putting the cycle together. We received delivery tracking from the moment the bike was purchased and the cycle was packaged and padded well. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend.

Really friendly service - my bike suffered a mishap on the commute in and was quickly and easily fixed by the team. Much appreciated and will be back for sure!

Meant to write this months ago, but only just got a google account Fantastic service, I took my bike in with a clunking sound when I pedalled. It was quickly diagnosed as a dodgy sprocket and was replaced on the spot, for free!

Got two great bikes here at a bargain
