Macbook Medic

Russ did a great job in fixing my Macbook. He offers a great service. Would highly recommend. Very friendly guy!

My Macbook had the misfortune of resting beneath a leaky roof during the flooding in Feb 2022. Showing no signs of life, I sought the help of Macbook Medic in the hope of retrieving photos and other files I hadn't backed up. To my delight, Russell was able to work his black magic and revive the rain-damaged laptop by simply replacing some corroded parts, for a tiny fraction of the price of a new laptop. Service was great, and fast. The laptop has been working fine in the many months since the repair.

Awesome guy, super friendly and helpful. He helped fix my Sony laptop that wasn't turning on, replaced the bios chip on the mainboard and had it back the same day. Very professional and was very fair on price. He actually didn't want anything for the repair as I already had the main board out of the laptop but I payed $50 for his time. Writing this review on the very laptop he fixed lol, Thankyou so much!

Russell knows his stuff, gave great advice and information. Reasonably priced and very quick turnaround. Machine is running like new after new SSD installed. Most hassle-free service my company has ever dealt with. This is the only place I will be taking my Macs from now on. Thank you Russ!

I’ve gone to Mac Medic twice now and both times the service is reliable, thorough and very fast. My MacBook Air which is 9 years old died and I thought I was going to have to replace it. Instead they fixed it with a 1 yr warranty at a very reasonable and much cheaper price than having to buy a new one. I’ll go back again every time.

Macbook Medic serviced both my MacBook Pro and my iMac and returned them back to me like new. Both computers had new hard drives put into them and the MacBook also required a new battery (as seen in the photo). Russell was prompt and professional with his service and advice. He contacted me as soon as he found out what the issue was and gave me a quote at the same time. The work was completely quickly and my computers were back to me in no time. Russell went above and beyond, loaning me a battery until mine was in store so that I could continue to work. I cannot recommend MacBook Medic highly enough. Definitely worth the travel if you aren't local.

I was having issues with downloading the latest software on my 2015 MacBook Pro along with some other problems.I saw The MacBook Medic when I drive past and then on a Google search led me to the store.Russel Smith was professional and straight to the point with me from the beginning and he sorted out all my issues affordably.HIGHLY recommend this place!

I have a 15 Macbook Pro thats about 10 years old. My charger died and Russell sold me a used genuine apple one to get me going. Even gave a 1 year warranty
