I have collaborated with Alex Chia in my role as a Personal Trainer working with a client receiving NDIS funding and needing assistance with a hand splint, plus Physio supervision of an exercise program. Alex is a dream to work with: caring, knowledgeable, precise (in terms of splinting technique), friendly and a great educator. I recommend him and Flex Physio for any musculoskeletal condition, and especially hand and upper limb rehab & splinting.

The friendly staff always made me feel welcome and comfortable. I received excellent treatment and advice in relation to my hand, arm, shoulder and neck, as well as being given a bespoke strengthening program which helped me recover from my injury quickly and avoid reinjury. I'm now stronger and my body more resilient than before I was injured. Thanks
