Osma Nails and Beauty

**Buyer beware**Very disappointing experience.I requested a new set of acrylic nails. I was then told by Osma Nails ‘my nails are fine and just need a refill.’I went ahead with the refill for $50 and within 48 hours my nails cracked and chipped on 3 fingers. In 3 years of having acrylic nails; I have never encountered this much hassle before. I then had to go back within the week, explain the issue and then had to have 3 nails redone. Osma Nails then charged me $5 to correct their own subpar work!My nails continued to chip and crack during the following week causing constant snagging on clothing and significant frustration. I have had to get my nails redone elsewhere within 2 weeks of all this mess!I have since found out that minimal acrylic was used by Osma Nails making my nails overall very, very thin thus causing the cracking, chipping and subsequent snagging.Please review your acrylic refill practices. This really is not okay Osma Nails.** Buyer beware **

Horrible customer service. I made a booking and I didn’t even get seen until 40 minutes after booking time. The lady was huffing and puffing at how I wanted my nails done. I didn’t end up getting them done just because of the horrible service.

I got SNS at Osma the first week it opened and was always happy with the results and service. Unfortunately, with new owners, the results are nowhere near as good.With Laura I only ever broke 3 nails in the whole time! With the new owners 3 nails have broken in 1 week!I'm now looking for a new salon who can apply SNS that doesn't break straight away.Very sad to leave this business. Pat.

This is my regular nail place. I like the atmosphere and the customer service. I've tried a couple of other places but always prefer this one. (Photo is almost a week after being done)

Need to give credit card when you book. Then take $25 if you cancel.Reading other reviews glad I had to cancel. Plenty of other options in Mt Barker.

Although the staff were lovely, after 4 days my nails are already chipping off the colour (which has never happened before) plus the lady who did my nails was quite rough with the drill and took off some skin and burnt my nail bed. She apologised, but overall not a great experience.E.g Staff lovely, product not great, experience not great.

Really wanted to like my nails, but they were all a different length and so bumpy. With how long she took I would’ve expected them to be amazing but I really feel like I wasted my time and money here.

i got acrylics here and it was not really that great. the atmosphere and staff was good but the nails not so much. I asked for not too long and showed the nail tech the length but she didn’t stick to it. i also asked for almond shape but all my nails are wonky or too filed on one side. i also got nail art and the execution wasn’t too bad. a few wonky lines but it wasn’t horrible. the booking however was great. the booking website was really easy to used and the layout was simple yet effective. the overall experience wasn’t terrific and i don’t hate the nails but probably won’t be going there again. the pricing was really high and not really worth it. i would not recommend this salon if your looking for something cheap and experienced
