The male staffs over there seriously need some customer service training or find another, Especially the dark skin dude doesn’t like any small question to be asked regarding to purchase.

The older gentleman who does the closes at night is never happy he never smiles and always seems like he doesn't want to be there. He is the ONLY console operator at this store that refuses to do cash out! Several times I have been refused cash out by him.

The grumpy older staff member on the counter needs to learn some customer service skills and manners. We will not be going back to this service station, what an awful experience.

The fuel is generally expensive here. Bad rating because the flybuys offer of 10c off a litre didn't go through. The only reason I went there was to take advantage of the offer. Local servo so it is convenient but the fuel prices are often higher than others in the local area. They also often either run out of fuel or have pumps that don't work.

After seeing a review posted 9 months ago about the gentleman that works of a night and how unfriendly he is and seeing this same man still being exactly the same is pretty disappointing..He's never happy and never has a friendly smile on his face. What ever happened to customer service, seems him even being at work is a struggle every night. He clearly doesnt want the job. Im sure theres someone out there wanting the opportunity and cant get it while this man continues to have a job and continues to give terrible and unfriendly service. What a disgrace

DEVASTATED!!!This place I always turned to for any help with my car and they had 2 Jack's working there and sadly it appears that the 'good Jack' has left.Got a full set of tyres put on my car a few years ago and as I live on my own, I don't have anybody that can pick me up from the service station while my car's been serviced. They won't do that now so it appears that the 'good Jack' was going to do that fully understanding that I can't afford a taxi to and from there, I can barely make it from their workshop to the pumps I limp that badly.The good Jack proved he was honest because when my engine light came on and I was frantic, he did a diagnostic turned the engine light off and told me it was only a minor problem and not to worry, that it was safe to drive until I could book it in.Well if I can't get home, it's pointless now going to them. I wish I knew where the good Jack went as I knew he wasn't going to be ripping me off..The Jack that's there was nonchalant, not his problem so it wouldn't be his problem doing unnecessary my work that I really can't afford. How many mechanics do you know that will do a full diagnostic, turn off the engine warning light and reassure you that your car is ok to drive, not to panic and that he would make sure I got home and would then be picked up?Look, I get it, businesses are busy but the good old-fashioned service to the DRIVER has just gone out the window. If I had a mechanic prepared to turn the engine light off and tell me not to worry, those types of mechanics are very few and far between and I'm afraid that BP Nundah has lost one of the best mechanics and wherever he went I wish him all the very, very best and thank him for his understanding his honesty in seeing that because I'm disabled and didn't have anybody that could take me home, treated me as a human being and not just another car to service..........Good luck Jack wherever it is you went mate and thank you from the bottom of my heart.Now to find somebody else to service my car!

Yep I second that he is a absolute douche I live local and have had it ever time I get milk and bread he is out back smoking and mutters under breath at me for interrupting him never going back for anything on the flipside the rest of the employees are pleasant and helpful
