Highly recommend, gave Brett a call to replace an old leaking unit, quoted me straight away, gave professional advice and he was out the next day to install! Legend!

A leaking hot water service on Saturday morning led me to a quick Google search and I found Pacific hot water at Taylors beach with some amazing customer reviews so I called Brett to get some ideas on replacement or fixing. Brett was fantastic and very professional in describing the options I had to replace it urgently but that would cost a little more due to a weekend callout fee, completely reasonable, or based on the leak whether I'd be able to manage it and make it to Monday morning when he arrived as promised at 9am sharp. Brett was very professional, got the work done efficiently and effectively, cleaned everything up and completed what was a very highly quality installation. I would highly recommend Pacific hot water and Brett for all your hot water needs. Excellent service and quality work and exceeded my expectations.

Best bloke goin round. Just moved in to new house, 2nd day water system went, rang him at 7pm and sorted out what I needed, was there at 11am the next day, brand new system in at a great price. On Saturday 16/10/2021 after asking for advice on Pt. Stephens noticeboard, with regards to seeing if any locals had dirty hot water. As the hot water tank had been leaking, badly on Sunday, advice seemed to be it needed to be replaced. Pacific Hot Water Taylors Beach was recommended to us via the noticeboard. We phoned Brett on Saturday & were given a quote over the phone, which included a new tempering valve & an isolation tap, plus removal of old tank. At 9am following Monday work was done. Excellent workmanship, a very good price & for the first time ever had decent hot water to wash the dishes.

EXCELLENT service and pricing. Called and spoke to Brett (champion) 9.30am told him my unit was leaking water. Brett said if its leaking its costing me money. 1.30pm Brett arrived and installed new unit OUTSTANDING OLD SCHOOL SERVICE
