Trash. TheyHad my car 8 days longer than quoted. Quoted 2 days took 10days in two 5 day blocks then hand balled it to there other business that had it for 2 days and it still wasn't fixed. Screws missing trims hanging off disgusted at the unprofessional way I was treated and my car was returned.

Excellent. Got a few local quotes on a panel job for my Kia Cerato and they were the cheapest. However, the service was great and the attention to detail in the work was top notch. Would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at this business when they repaired a dint in my car last week. The customer service was fantastic and the repairs were completed in the time-frame specified. My car was returned washed and they even vacuumed inside, which was a nice surprise. I'll definitely use Northway Smash Repairs again if I need any more smash repairs.

Oh boy ! Had a terrible accident. I left some belongings in the car after the accident and the car was towed away. One of the drivers was so helpful and HONEST. He opened the car yard for me to take my stuff from my car especially on a public holiday. There was some hefty cash and my documents in the car. Everything was as it was. Service was excellent as well. Keep it up guys Thanks for helping us in a crucial time.

Exceptional service.Great communication.Called in to get a quote on a bumper repair and respray just before Xmas. John provide an instant estimate allowing the vehicle to be booked in.Delivered the vehicle as organised and was able to pick it up one day early. Top repair job.All this occurred with full and clear communication by text and email.Highly recommended.

Incompetent and extremely poor customer service. I needed my ignition and locks repaired. After 6 weeks of chasing them up I got my car back with a loud clicking when turning the steering wheel and it catches which is obviously concerning. The wheel also point to the right now when turning straight. Im not sure how this was missed. They returned my car with broken glass on the seat and grease stains. They replace my dash with missing screws. The worse thing is they were unapologetic and didn't accept blame and made excuses as to why they didn't ring me back. They said they are too busy so please do them a favour and avoid them so they are less busy
