Great customer care by keeping you notified of the diagnoses of your PC repairs. They will also provide you advise of components that may not be working to its full potential (may require an upgrade). I felt very taken care of and great professional work performed - got my computer working after my attempt on troubleshooting.

The time had come to upgrade my old Ryzen processor so I could install Windows 11, turns out the G version wasn’t compatible with my Motherboard. Rosch and Huseyin at the Blacktown store checked and confirmed there were problems with that combination and sorted out a different processor that would work, no problems and fuss free. Decided now the computer was like a brand new one it deserved a new go faster case, so we went back and purchased one! Highly recommended, helpful and professional staff.

The staff at JW Computer displayed a rude attitude. Despite making an online purchase, I arrived one minute after the closing store time. The store was still open with the lights on. I politely apologized and explained the situation, but they responded by scoffing and telling me to go back. Such behavior raises concerns about the attitude of the service staff. Despite being treated disrespectfully, I had to leave.I am not late 5 minutes. jsut one minute late.

Got my Acer Nitro 5 today from JW Computers in Blacktown. The price was lower than what other sellers had advertised and I was really happy with the sales and upgrade service provided by Huseyin. Definitely recommend it for computer purchases if you are in the Sydney area.

Hi I I bought a new motherboard and wanted to replace my old oneCalled up the store in Blacktown and one of their guys spoke to me his name was PhillHe is a legend and spent 17 minutes answering all the questions for me related and unrelated to the motherboardGreat service if you call always ask for phill he is very helpful polite and nice even though he knew I wasn’t going to use the shops service due to time delays he still helped me a lotThank you phill .Legend mate 5 stars customer service

Brilliant customer service, quick fixes.Have given my computer here twice in the last 2 years for issues that were my fault, and they have fixed it up with the best professionalism. So much better than any other jw in terms of customer service and satisfaction.

Initially planned to get a quote to upgrade my computer memory. Instead, I was lucky enough to have it upgraded and added a new hard drive into the computer. Very friendly and efficient staff. Knowledgeable and gives me the confidence to go again if I have any computer related issues. Thanks guys
