Amazing place. Cosy and super chilled atmosphere and the mindful movement practices of all the classes and all the teachers is next level. Everyone should take a class to see how much you can up level yourself.

Had my first Pilates class with Tereza. The studio was instantly warm and welcoming as was the greeting from Tereza. As a beginner I felt I didn’t have to do anything out of my comfort zone and felt results immediately. Highly recommend :)

This studio will get your body moving and grooving in no time. Excellent experience doing Pilates at Elevate Studio. Supportive staff. Great parking. Also right next to the kebab shop.
