Service was quick this morning the ricotta pancakes I ordered was nice. I would have preferred if the maple syrup was on the side as there was too much on the plate for my liking. For the price I paid, I would have expected someone fruit on it or something.

Popped in for breakfast as I was staying at The Star, which is literally across the road. There a corner café entrance and then seating on the street and then tucked away under cover, around the corner. Coffee was good and I ordered the Smashed Avo which whilst simple, was tasty and came with a poached egg and plenty of feta. Service was really good. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

Alternative venue but delicious brunch! An eclectic mix of outdoor and indoor seating with the toilet at the back of the kitchen, but the staff were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. Speedy service, hot tasty coffee and beautiful in the sun. Definitely worth a stop for your brunch! Only a couple of sweet options so if that’s your thing maybe find somewhere else!

Our go-to coffee and breakfast cafe in Pyrmont! Extremely friendly staff serving excellent coffee and food. Our favourites are the ricotta hotcakes and coconut rice porridge. They’re also dog-friendly which is a big plus for us. Not to mention their daily selection of freshly baked goods is always hard to look past!

Food and coffee were very good. Scrambled eggs, Korean chicken with waffles, sardines on toast and egg bacon roll. All yummy. On a cold morning the place can be a bit chilly due to the open plan and being located in the shade. Great that we could book a table in advance and not worry.

Beautiful location, even on a cool winter’s day. Great staff, good coffee and delicious food! We’ll definitely come again when we’re next in Sydney.

A pleasant ambiance inside and outside.The chefs congee was nice but came out to be much thicker than imagined and we finished it in a few scoops.The crab linguine needed a little more sauce/wetness as the crunchy topping on the top made the whole dish taste drier than needed.3 dishes and a coffee costed $95 (on the pricey side)

We had a great time at a sunny table outside and enjoyed the tasty food. Staff were helpful and friendly. The owner also came by to say hi and check in, which is always nice. The cocktails were good, too! The chicken bowl and potato scallops were yummy!

Lovely cafe with a small main entrance but opens up to a bigger cosy dining space. Friendly service, and food arrived quickly. The flat white was a bit weak for my preference so I recommend ordering “strong”. The XO sauce congee (rice porridge) was unique, savoury, full of umami flavours. The peasant eggs is spicy, tasty with surprisingly good combination of textures. Highly recommended if you are in the Pymont area.

Coffee, mocha excellent thanks to the welcoming barista. BUT.. i was rushed two times by the waitress to pay bill whilst trying to relax saturday morning. My two neighbours were there before, taking only coffees (i took mocha, muffin, expresso..), she didn't ask nothing to them...why rushing my relax moment. Awful way to treat customer!! All customers should have the same right to relax
