From a tennant's perspective they're really good with communication and fairness and working together.Every time I had an issue, it was raised and a solution was brought forward for everyone involved.Maria is lovely. One of the best property manager's I've worked with and so is Maureen.Everybody has stories of terrible property managers and real estate agents, but Exchange is a great example of when treating tennants nicely can work for everyone including the landlord.I was genuinely sad to have to move out. But I'll be keeping an eye out on their properties when I'm in the market again!

We have been very impressed with the excellent service and management of our apartment by Ian, Maria, Leanne and the Team at Exchange Realty. Recently we had a leaking shower that needed urgent replacement. Ian dealt with the Strata Executive, retained a builder/plumber on our behalf and managed the works from beginning to end and managed to sign up new tenants simultaneously in order to minimise vacancy time. All this was managed while we were on holiday!

I have had many agents manage my property over the years and by far Exchange Property has been the best. They have always secured good tenants and are on top of everything. Communication with them is great and they are always professional and importantly consistent and reliable.

We have found Maria extremely helpful and accommodating over the years. She keeps us informed of property inspections and during changeover of tenants, and advises us on how we can make the most of our investment. Documentation of financials and lease agreements generally very clear.

I was a tenant at a property in Alexandria for more than five years that was managed by Exchange Property. In all my 12+ years as a renter of multiple inner city properties, I've never come across more professional and attentive property managers. They were always responsive and quick to arrange any repairs, no matter how big or small. And unlike many places that I'd rented before, they actually treated me (a tenant!) with respect. I'd highly recommend them to any owners or tenants. I now own my own property and if I were ever to rent it out, they would be the first agency I would call... as I'd have 100% confidence that my property and tenants would be well cared for and in great hands.
