I have been a customer here for the last 4 years and had my hair done last Friday.I have seen multiple hair dressers in this salon and trust them all. They all work as a coherent team anyway.I like that they take the time to know what you want before the appointment. I sent through pics of my hair before and what I wanted to achieve and my hairdresser (Chloe) did some of her own research before I came in to make sure we were on the same page. Thank you Chloe!The staff always explain what you're paying for before you start your service so there aren't any unexpected costs.I also like that the salon offers you snacks and beverages during your appointment - very handy if it's a long one.Love my new hair! Thank you so much Chloe! And thank you to the gentlemen that washed my hair and helped me choose suitable products to take home with me. See you all again in 6 weeks!

By far the best hairdressers I have ever been to!! All the stylists are absolutely lovely! Im so glad happy they were able to get me in on such short notice. Im not even from around here and i will definitely 100% be making the 4 hour drive to go back and have my hair done again! I have finally found my hairdressers.. I spent 9 hours there with them getting my hair done, and wow what a transformation! I walked out of the salon feeling like a new women with a new found confidence!I had many of the stylists working together on my hair and They all work together so well, and when needed are more then happy to offer help, advice or suggestions to help the other stylists. They seem like a real family unit. The service is unbelievable!! always making sure your comfortable, checking to see if you need anything or just having a chat. They make you feel so welcome and cared for! I love all the team at lady and the hair! Love you guys xoxo

What a beautiful experience getting my hair done at lady and the hair.This salon definitely has a high end feel, from a drinks menu, to a profession consultation and quoting process.They have definitely created an experience for customers when they come to get their hair done.I had my hair coloured by Chloe, she listened to what I wanted and finally got my ends blonder which my previous hair dresser couldn’t seem to do.The price is definitely to the higher end, however was fitting to their professionalism and customer care.

I had such a great experience with all members of staff at lady and the hair during my appointment, it was quite a large colour correction job and they did the absolute most to ensure I was comfortable, offering drinks and having lovely warm conversation while I was receiving my service. Daniel worked wonders on my hair and left it feeling soft and looking beautiful while talking me through the entire process insuring that I knew exactly what the outcome would beOverall I would recommend lady and the hair to anyone looking for a wonderful hairdressing experience, will definitely be returning

I absolutely adore this salon! I always walk out feeling like a million dollars! Prue, Vic, and the rest of the team at Lady & the Hair, never fail to make me feel amazing, even on really bad anxiety days. They are super kind and patient, and my hair is healthier than ever. Have definitely recommended to friends and family.

The team and lady and the hair are all so lovely and welcoming. They made me experience extra special by serving me snacks and drinks to make my appointment enjoyable! Every time I go into the salon, the hep and respect and training each of the staff give each other is immeasurable.While i wait for my treatment, the staff smile, and bring over goodies to make sure you are comfortable. The prices may be different to other places but for the environment sustaining products and the awesome work they do, the salon deserves it.
