She is very responsive in returning calls, emails and enquiries even outside office hours. We are very please to have the quality and profession of Helen.

We changed our Strata Company to Strata Management Services 6 months ago after having a dreadful experience with our previous company. What a breath of fresh air, from our first appointment with Gary Adamson who was open to any questions we could throw at him to Celda Dervis who was appointed as our Strata Manager. Celda is amazing, she is a very knowledgeable, professional and caring person who has given us excellent service. I am the Secretary of our complex and am so impressed with Celda's attention to detail. She answers emails and phone calls promptly. I often get emails from her over the weekend and late at night. She cares and that makes my life a lot easier. We are so lucky to have her looking after our complex.

We have used Strata Management Services for the last 10 years that I have lived in Cronulla. As I am on the Body Corporate for our building, I am in regular contact with our strata manager, Magnus Peterssen. Magnus is extremely responsive and helps us to solve issues on a regular basis. He is also very personable to deal with. Magnus is extremely knowledgeable on strata issues and has been generous with his time when we have requested meetings to discuss difficult problems.
