When you apply the rental property, they contact you before you have signed the lease. When you try to opt out by kindly asking them to take you off the calling list, they have a wonderful attitude and wish you a sarcastic “good luck”.

I felt that all the information I needed to know about setting up all my utilities through MyConnect was provided to me in an incredibly professional manner and the customer representative, Carter, who I spoke to, made sure that I understood everything clearly and concisely and he was friendly the whole time. It was incredibly easy and accessible to finalise any troubles that I had on the phone with the representative and I would definitely go through MyConnect again for the ease of accessibility.

Worst experienced in my life. Call them to set up the electricity and nbn. The day i move in there is no electricity. Call to my provider it turn out my connection is incomplete. Now i need to live 5 day without electricity because it public holiday. How irony. If i can give zero star i will
