HCF Dental Centre Belconnen
Rang to book an appointment at HCF dental Belconnen, first availability was in 6 months time. I took the appointment, waited for 6 months and then one week before my appointment, I receive a text message cancelling my appointment, not even the courtesy of being rung and told in person. I ring up to check if this really is the case and if I can rebook. I am unable to rebook as they don't know when they will have availability. What a waste of time and zero customer service. Doesn't even deserve one star

I have had good experiences here and it’s convenient that it’s directly linked to my HCF health insurance.The downside is the wait times for appointments.

10 mins on hold listening to endless adds about themselves they couldn't mention their books are closed to new clients. I could have hung up instead of wasting 10 minutes on hold.
