Nippers Child Care

Congratulations to owners Jeff and Amanda and their amazing group of staff, all committed to offering highest quality care for our children.We have used both the day care and OSH care at Nippers over a 2 -3 year period and have been completely happy with our experiences throughout our time here. The management & staff go above and beyond to care for the children ,offering a range of exciting activities which they just love and put a lot of effort into meeting individual needs. I can not recommend this centre enough,each room is set up beautifully and is inviting.The amazing staff at nippers are so caring, friendly and passionate about what they do (my children always look forward to daycare days). Jordan (the director) and Amanda (director and owner) are both extremely supportive,welcoming and accomodating. They had my daughter's inclusion support sorted and approved in less than two weeks. They also have a fantastic osh club program to accommodate your older children. I have had my older two in a few centre's over the years and nippers is by far the best one I have had them in. Do yourself a favour and check nippers out, you won't regret it.

The staff were friendly and informative with whole process.. my experience with the enrollment was exceptional service indeed.We're excited to be apart of the nippers family.

Amanda and the team have been nothing bar amazing, caring and very kind, the centre is amazing and the carers and workers are patient and caring always informing you of the day and sleep and adaptable to medical issues and medication needed , the post photos of your kids on an app and you can see what there up to! Thanks so much Amanda and the Nippers team we miss you ♡

Fantastic center kids are well cared for and the center is clean kids have lots to do

We have been so happy with the attention and care shown to our child by Nipper's staff members. Each educator knows our son’s name and greets him in the morning and says good bye as we leave. He is settled and content in their care and they seem to really know him as a person. It’s a lovely safe environment and the centre itself feels very secure with who is going in and out of the building. We trust the staff members as they provide nurturing care whilst we’re at work and know that he will be happy throughout the day.

I moved my daughter out of this center a few months ago and it was the best thing i did. It wasn't until I made the move that I realised what Nippers didn't offer.My daughter settled beautifully into her new place, comes home with new learnings and experiences (all age appropriate learnings of course), and even asks to go to day care on the weekend. This never (or very rarely) happened at Nippers.Nippers have had some great staff who were no longer there. I never felt I developed relationships with the new staff, meaning I didn't really know who was looking after my child.I felt communication in the centre needed improving.I'm not a disgruntled parent, but a parent who wants the best for her child. Unfortunately i did not feel Nippers offered this.

We did not know who to trust with our biggest investment (our kids). The Rockingham Hospital community nurse highly recommended in particular Lil Nippers Port Kennedy.From that moment on, we were so grateful to experience only the best-in-class services, for our children whilst Mum & Dad go to work.We are extremely grateful that Jeff & Amanda & the amazing team of other hard working professionals are in our community. Thanks Team! They continually exceed our expectations in caring for our most valued members of our family.
