Great pre and post sales experience from Positronic. Down to earth advice, no hard sell, helped us pick the right system for our needs (9.5kw with Micro Inverters, and Catch Power for our hot water). Install team did a great job, talked us through everything, and proactively worked to identify and resolve a minor issue the next day that they picked up once they looked at the telemetry from the panels. Highly recommend!

Positronics installed a 6.5kW solar system almost 2.5 years ago. My roof is steep and a fair few installers wouldn't put panels on it. Their price was reasonable and they used good quality well known products unlike other cheaper companies. I'm very happy with it and John was always happy to indulge my technical questions. When my utility retailer messed up my solar application and it caused problems 2 years later, John was happy to help support me to resolve the issue. I'm very impressed with their honest business practice. One of the things that drew me to use Positronics was John's participation in online forums to help people understand the industry with no benifits to himself.I can't recommend these guys enough. Recently had a 6.55kw system installed from Positronic after recommendations from both Whirlpool and other sites when conducting research. As mentioned, they aren't the cheapest, but with solar it seems you certainly get what you pay for. From quoting to installation, all members of the team were straight up, no-BS and got the job done on time with no excuses. John, the owner himself came and explained the detailed quote, and two installers came and were hard-working and respectful during their time here, whilst answering any questions I had. I was told to get an installation done from a team that has been around for a while and has a reputation of fixing any issues when they arise, and that's the reason I went with the local team at Positronic. Highly recommend John and the team.

We've just had a new Enphase PV system and Catch Power for the hotwater installed by John's team at Positronic and we're very happy with everything. From the initial consulation to the communication from the office to the workmanship of his team and quality of the system and components used we couldn't be happier. 10/10

First class solar installation company.From the first conversation I had with Francis on the type of solar system we needed, through the detailed inspection (using a drone to properly scope out the roof) right through install and several months of performance, I'm really happy with our solar and the Positronic guys.Initially we were quoted for a system we couldn't afford (it was the best option, just didn't fit within budget), but ended up with a terrific system that has done everything we wanted from it. It's a month to the darkest day of the year, and we are still hitting the max 6kW our inverter handles over the lunch hour. The design with north and west facing panels suits our usage very well.The equipment the guys use is very good, particularly the Fronius inverter we have (and they use nPhase micro-inverters). The install was set weeks before, and was done on time, with a tidy install and explanation given of how the system works.They also set you up ready to use the monitoring software you need, and they can view it too from time to time to get an idea for how things are performing.The follow-up from John was friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend these guys for a top solar installation.

Fantastic pre and post sales service and quality products. We had our solar panels installed around 12 months ago and have had no issues. We are now almost $200 in credit on our electricity bill. I would recommend Positronic to anyone wanting to install a new solar system.
