Bought a car in 2018 from Lancaster motor group, put a deposit down and weeks later when all the paperwork went through I realised they had not taken our deposit of the final sale price. As we live 2 hours away all contact was done via email. Every email was ignored and we never saw our $800 again. Life got busy and I didn’t chase them as I should have but I would never purchase from them again.

I wish there was a 0 star rating. I bought a bt50 from this pathetic dealership last year and over 12 months have spent $7k on the gearbox and electrical work due to failures and stuff breaking. Now I will be spending more money on the engine as it's just blown. The dealership has completely shifted all the blame to who I usually get my car serviced with and will refuse to pay for any damages. Contemplating seeking legal action

Good luck getting a hold of these guys. I work in the automotive industry and every time I try contact these guys it's an issue, can not get hold of them for simple business transactions.

We’ve had the best experience purchasing a vehicle through Lancaster, Michael/Allen has been excellent since day one, even though we had to wait for 10 months for the vehicle to arrive, it was very well worth of the wait, they made the whole purchasing process easy and smooth, the handover was great as well! Well done team, keep it up.

Lancaster group have a great selection of vehicles but service is terrible years ago i went to buy a new ssv ute drove all the way from Newcastle not to be served i bit my lip the other day and thought id give them another chance while looking at a new Silverado duramax but apparently the sales office didnt think i was financial enough and totally ignored my wife and I! The only reason your been given two stars is your selection of cars

Got a 45,000k log book service.Routine service nothing out of theordinary.Picked up car and noticed dash camhad been turned off just after servicestarted and turned back on when parked up. The odometer had 15kilometres more than when I droppedit off.Not recommended. No starsCaveat emptor

I Purchased a Brand New Mitsubishi Top of the range model a few weeks ago. When I inspected it I noticed a chip on bumper bar and they didn't seem to care, said we will get it fix before you pick ut up. Not even an apology for the chip, anyway when I went to pick it up, Chip NOT repaired, again no apology just said someone will call me to arrange to fix.Never received a call form anyone until I got a call from their customer service for feedback on my recent purchase. When I explained the situation, she was shocked and very apologetic, first ever apology I received which I was grateful for.I received a call from chip repairer and we agreed on a date. Day before date I got a call from repairer asking me about the rains etc., I said it was raining heavy on the coast, so he suggested a reschedule and, stated he would call me.That call NEVER eventuated so I called him and, he advised me that he was flat out catching up on work postponed from rain, he said he would advise me of a reschedule. AGAIN 3 days gone past and, no call so I sms'd him to remind him, AGAIN no reply so I called Lancaster Motors sales dept.I spoke to Jed from sales who said he would try and, contact their repairer for a date but also understood my frustrations, I said that if I didn't hear soon I will get my own repairer and bill Lancaster, he said he understood that and he was sure that they would honour the charge if not he would call me.After no update after 2 days, I advised Lancaster I have arranged my own repairer and, the arrogancy I got from their Sales Manager stating lies that it was me that called it off and, that the repairer was waiting on me.This infuriated me as I was been told NOT asked if that was right. I said they are lies and his arrogancy was too much to bare, and I told him what a disgrace they etc, plus told him I have evidence of my messages that it has BEEN ME trying to make contact for an ETA, I sent them the evidence but never expected them to acknowledge their lack of action.I was called basically a Liar for an approx. $60 dollar repair bill, after I spent 61K and they gave me a NEW 61K Ute with a CHIP.I'm sure there are good people out there like Jed who tried but the SALES MANAGER" Mark has failed in the basic ethics of customer service. I will be writing to Mitsubishi motors as I've been a long loyal customer for more than 16 years purchasing 5 new cars (Family and company cars)I have call logs plus SMS that proves what I'm saying is correct and what Mark is stating totally false

Had many discussions in the lead up culminating in a positive experience with the car delivered to me as described and in pristine condition. Highly recommend Jack, Jed and the team for their professionalism. I am therefore a happy customer.

Bought a new Everest from this dealership. Sales team were great. That’s where the greatness ended. The service department here are atrocious. Our car was damaged during the first service. No one told us, then we were lied to blatantly about how our brand new $70k+ car would be repaired. The big boss himself then told us that the lie was a mistake ( an email mind you so I have proof of this supposed mistake) so our car went in for repairs where it was damaged again. Finally our car went in to be fixed for good and the original repairs weren’t done. Complete lack of communication, as well as professionalism. I wouldn’t take my push bike back to these wombats. Look at their other bad reviews, no admission of guilt or acceptance of mistakes. Just denials. Worst dealership in the valley
