A very friendly and helpful pharmacist. I got my medication extremely quickly faster than I have gotten anywhere else. They are one of the only places also that sells cleaning products that are great for people with asthma

This pharmacy has a pharmacist there that when telling me I needed to give my child probiotics went on to tell me that gut infections can lead to diabetes. This incredible lack of understanding and misguidance concerns me hugely for someone who prescribes drugs based on their knowledge. Not to mention, this was advice to a mum for her child, talk about scare mongering. Don't go here

Vien is one in a million - by far the most caring, conscientious and customer focused pharmacist I’ve ever met. She is knowledgeable and interested, and her product well priced. Her new pharmacy next to Madisson Medical Practice (cnr Shinfield Avenue & Mona Vale Rd with EASY ACCESS PARKING UNDERGROUND OFF SHINFIELD AVE) is fresh and bright and well stocked. What Vien does not stock, she will order in for you at no extra cost. Highly recommended!

I had my children vaccinated here ,the staff were extremely helpful, caring. Staff were very friendly.I also received follow-up phone calls to check on my children, and how they were going. I was made to feel welcome. The overall experience was very positive. I would recommend this place if you needed to go to a pharmacy in St Ives. Fantastic service
