Nikki was very helpful and was constantly calling me to give updates for where the window was at, novus also assisted in getting the right window tint for the replacement and was overall very happy with the experience. Highly reccomend these guys!

Really disappointing. Called to see if I could get a crack in my windscreen sorted, was told the glue was not in branch yet and they would call me later in the week when it was. Waited - no call. Called again the following week and was told it should be here this week. Waited - no call. Called again the following week and was told they were going to call their head office to see how far away the glue was, was told they would call me back with an ETA. Waited - no call. I believe I was dealing with the owner who did say they had recently taken over the business. Pretty poor customer service. I even emailed the Novus Head Office a few weeks back now, and guess what! NO RESPONSE. Bit pathetic Novus :( I'm never one to write reviews, but it's a small town here in Hedland and this experience was pretty upsetting.

Fitted me in straight away and repaired the chip,Chip not fully disappeared but don't think they ever can fully be hidden.Nice and filled, seems like a solid repair :)
