Hi Natarsha,Alan and I would like to express our extreme gratitude for the lift that took place in torrential rain on Friday last 29 January, 2021.From the very first call I made to you (and the many which followed) plus a site visit from Lenny the customer service we have received from your company has been nothing short of amazing.Warren and Jimmy who carried out the lift on the day were just sensational. Even when they thought it was hopeless neither gave up and they continued to search for a solution to get our goods up, all the time in the torrential rain.We just wanted to say thank you so much for the job carried out so efficiently by you and your team on the day.Kind regards and very best wishes for the future.Alan & Anne
