Rooms and lodge was clean and tidy and relatively inexpensive for a snow trip. great location, ski in and out. 2 min walk to overnight carpark and chairlift. Penny was friendly and very helpful, allowing us to store bags until late the following day while we went boarding for the day.

Halleys Lodge
Halleys Lodge has been taken back over by the owners (family) in 2019. It is a very family friendly lodge, home away from home and a wonderful opportunity to mix and make lasting family friendships. Carpets have been replaced in the main lounge as well as a new paint. The food is home cooked, staff are friendly and they are there to help. The rooms are warm, and clean a little old but tidy. Halleys lodge, Falls Creek is exceptionally well located to the main lift and they have their Ski Hire within the building for guests to hire from. Would highly recommend

For mountain accommodation this has everything you can ask for. Plenty of space and good sized rooms. Great drying room.

Sheets covered in miscellaneous stains, fortunately a friend recommended to bring my own bed covers. Food is good for the price, but was served by a rude waiter who rolled her eyes when I asked for a fork. Vending machine sells cans of drink that expired many years ago, and triggered gag reflexes when sipped by an unsuspecting customer.

Stupidly expensive for what it was, a very tiny room with just enough room for the 4 beds squished into it. 'en-suite' was a waste of time with a trickle of below freezing water for a shower. Not nice to get out of the cold into an even colder shower! No wifi as far as I am aware only good thing is that it is close to slalom plaza which meant we could walk from the car so we didn't need oversnow. Overall disappointed and won't be staying here again. Sorry guys.

This place was fabulous. Rooms were well cleaned, spacious enough and well heated. The bathrooms were good and the shower had great pressure and was very warm. The communial area was warm and great to meet new people or stay with your family or friends. The food is amazing and tasty. It is very well placed so you can ski easily and quickly to the chair lift and ski straight back home. All in all a fabulous lodge.

Halleys Lodge
We have recently spent a couple of nights at Halley’s Lodge and it was the perfect setup for our young family. The rooms were clean, bathrooms lovely and the hospitality shown by Jodi, Colin and the rest of their staff were truly warming. They made our young family really feel right at home. We have no hesitation in recommending Halley’s Lodge. Thank you for making our stay a truly memorable one.
