The receptionist does not get back to you I had to keep ringing them to chase them up when I said I'll book it in she said yes and then when I text and asked for a confirmed booking it was hours and hours so I rang them back still no answer 9 that night she replies no can't do it that is not a very good way of running business to didnt end up using them

Clean Team
Invoiced and charged for cleaning that was acknowledged not to be done. Declined to amend invoice. We opted to support this local business, instead of a franchise business, but were faced with a lack of professional integrity instead. One can only surmise, from the patronising and condescending response to my request for an amended invoice, is that they are use to complaints and the care factor is zero. Shameful!

Maree and her team did an awesome job of my bond clean in Annandale. Some minor issues picked up from the Elite Properties inspection were quickly rectified after hours to a very high standard. The quality result and prompt service were exemplary. Thoroughly recommended!

I booked for a queen bed to be sanitised followed by getting the tile grout cleaned. Wow did it ever come up looking great. So pleased i got this done. He was very efficient and pleasant. The lady i booked the job with was also very pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company.

Filthy ... carpets, walls, doors and curtains were dirtier then when they started .. carpet cleaner left dirty hand prints on everything. wouldn't compromise on cost or honor their guarantee... horrible customer service / communication issues. Not at all happy.
