This company has shipped a faulty gate opener motor, and has refused to accept any responsibility for it. Not a cheap item either - $500... Pretty unconscionable in my opinion... Not happy!

We had the front of our house fenced off on both sides. The advice Penny offered on materials, latches, hinges etc. was concise and accurate. What was a pleasant surprise was the quality of installation and the cleanliness of the completed job. Pavers and limestone walls needed to be cut and drilled, the completed job was perfect. It took a little more time than originally planned but it was worth the wait for the high quality and professional finish. Penny even offered up some great contacts for other work we required in the backyard for removing asbestos and replacing the boundary fence. A very professional company. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them based on our experience.

Our 3m wide side gate blew down in the great Perth storm of 2022. Auswest came out for a quote on time and very knowledgable. They explained why the fence had blown away (bad design basically) and exactly what they would do differently. The whole process was simple and the end result looks amazing and feels so secure and quality compared to what we had before (shuts with a solid clink instead of a glush..rattle, rattle, scrape....). A breeze to deal with from weigh to neigh. THANK YOU!
