Super cool cakes/ bakes supplies place! Spent a good 45 minutes to 1 hour just browsing through everything. It felt almost therapeutic, haha!Simon, the sales manager was very helpful and positive right from the start. Keep up the great work!

Himari and Simon are absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable and they have the best prices around. Simon is an absolute asset to the business and has such fantstic customer service. Simon was a pleasure to deal with. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and thanked me for choosing his store to shop at. His service was impeccable alongside his assistant. They have a wide range of products and at great prices. Highly recommend. I'll definitely be back.

Had a great experience coming into the store! Simon was so helpful and gave me some great tips on my cake project and was so accommodating with answering all my questions. Such a huge choice of everything cake and dessert related - it really is your one stop shop - don't bother with any other cake decorating stores, even if you have to travel an extra 15-20 minutes, the stock and Simon are COMPLETELY worth it!! All the stock is fresh, they have the latest products and brands as well, and Simon really helps you out and lets you know of everything new and gives you really helpful tips on your project. Can't recommend highly enough!!

Don't know if they've had bad experiences with people shoplifting here, but as soon as I walk inside the store, the staff looks at me up and down, and checks my outfit. Don't get me wrong, he's super friendly to most, but he needs to work on treating people of colour with more respect.

Ordered click and collect online and paid for 2 cake boards and a box online. The next day I received an email today saying my order is ready.Husband went to pick up, they did not have any of the items in stock so no idea why that wasn’t communicated in the email saying it was ready. (Or why the website wasn’t updated earlier)I spoke to the man working there on speaker phone and asked him if he could find a box and board to fit my cake dimensions and he was just so rude and snappy to me about it as if it was my fault.In the end I had to get a rectangular board and square cake box which will look weird for my customer as the box is absolutely huge. I also had to pay for this incorrect square box. He eventually blamed the miscommunication on the owner.Had I known there was no stock I could have ordered elsewhere. Disappointing first experience, won’t be back, and can not wait for cake decorating central to be back as the ladies there are lovely and always helpful.Edit: 9 July 2022, we did go back again after calling to see if you had an item and confirming the size. Got there and the size was different to what we were told but we did not say a word about it - and the same horrible guy had the same disgusting attitude and it can no longer be blamed on covid. Will never be back and will be telling our friends, customers and colleagues not to bother to avoid dealing with this miserable man.
