The Good Guys Wetherill Park

We had a great customer service today at good guys weather hill park. Thank you sales person Nikola.P and also one from warehouse. Cashier is nice too. Nikola gave efficient advice and we ended up buying kitchen appliances 3 K plus at the same day.

Found refrigerator online with a view to purchasing. However after visiting store and viewing the product, it's functionality didn't meet our needs. The knowledge of the staff at The Good guys and their willingness to get that sale is commendable. We purchased another brand of refrigerator, from ordering to receiving the fridge was seamless.

Unprofessional and Careless staff. Not happy as I need to unnecessarily waste time and money on fuel by making another 55 kms trip as store sold returned GPS Navigator with missing Car Adapter saying as brand new. Open and check your items guys before leaving the store.

Very disappointed!I am someone who hardly writes 1 star reviews. 8 weeks ago just right before Christmas I wanted to buy an iPhone 14 as a Christmas present, I called and I was transferred to someone who’s in charge of iPhone section (Tye). Tye asked me to reserve the phone “just incase it gets sold” reserving it meaning I’ll have to obviously pay on the spot because I needed the iPhone just for Christmas Day. Anyway 2 days later and they still telling that my payment “haven’t gone through” when it already showed on my account that it’s been taken. I had to purchase another phone again, but I have been waiting for a refund since 8 weeks ago. Calling 2-3 times a week since then but they keep telling me it’s “the issue is from our bank” apparently they keep emailing their bank about the situation” and yet the issue hasn’t been fixed. This was my first purchase every from the good guys as I have heard so much about them but honestly I don’t think I will be purchasing from there anymore. Please don’t purchase anything from any link they sent you, don’t trust them specifically this guy called “Tye”Chris is one of the actual good guys there, he’s been following up with everything but again their bank is useless. My bank has also been trying to contact their bank but they aren’t responding.

Staff in the warehouse was incredibly rude and inattentive.The cash back promotions can't be redeemed. It can only be done online and it clearly does not work.Calling the store or the national customer care number leads to a line with automatic hangs up or staff that pass on the buck.Will report to ACCC!They are far from the good guys... just shop elsewhere!

Very poor service from the pickup dock . Rang the door bell numerous and no answer so I had to call the store , the receptionist said she will send someone to the back , waited again for 15 minutes and no assistance. So I called the store again and finally some one came . Purchased 3 units and received 1 , then waited again for the remaining 2 units and still didn’t receive it so I left and ask for a refund . This store has very poor service IDo not recommend it , I went to Harvey Norman instead and end up getting the items cheaper.

I visited the store to pick up an online order during a public holiday today a couple of minutes before 1.30 pm. There was a short queue a gentleman in front of me and a couple being served by a staff. There was only one staff and she was on a phone call and assisting the couple. It took about close to half an hour to receive my order. Although the service desk lady was friendly courteous and patient, I was truly hoping that just to pick up an order would be a quick process. There was no issue with my id, etc, the staff could have had extra help by the other five or six who were also in store and noticed the queuing customers.

Kristy moved heaven and earth to ensure delivery for me at a day and time that was suitable. Her efforts have not gone unnoticed or unappreciated, she definitely deserves a pay rise or at least a long weekend!
