The only place in Brisbane where all the staff wear masks and take Health and Safety seriously! As an immunocompromised person, we travel 20 minutes out of our way to come here and grab coffee~

Love this place! I come here for a coffee all the time. I’m glad it’s getting a little more traffic now that Woollies is open because they deserve it. The coffee and food is delicious. I am a support worker for a young man with Autism. We go to Lutwyche a few times a week. He loves his coffee and I always bring him to Michel’s because I know how kind, patient and accepting they are of him. Thank you! It does make all the difference to his quality of life to have people who are willing to go that extra mile for him.

The cafe is very nice looking. The Cappuccino was extremely bland one star. But i did order Quiche Lorraine and not think about it having pork inside (which i'm allergic to). So, what i did is return it and they accepted that which is good. It's nice to know when you order some weird foreign French dish and you can't remember the food content you can get a refund. So i increased the review from one star for the terrible Cappuccino to four stars for the thoughtful customer service.

Terrible bacon and egg toastie, tasteless and had the rubberish texture. Scone with jam and cream we average. Tried to redeem Entertainment Book voucher (buy one coffee, get one free) but the cashier wouldn't honour it as they didn't get their permission before advertising the offer". Maybe they'de get more business if they honoured these vouchers!"
