The Wellness House

I have been attending the wellness house since it first opened. The staff are always welcoming. My regular doctor has been nothing short of amazing for years. He has helped me through many health issues and my ongoing health issues. Dr Chen is always supportive and patient with me and my whole family. There are many specialists in the facility and a lovely little Cafe. All the doctors seem to do a great job. I would recommended the wellness house to all my family and friends

Do not go and see Dr Rani! We went for a simple medical certificate which took her almost 25 minutes to write out then had the hide to charge $115 for the consultation. Other then that the medical centre is great.

I've been seeing Dr Chen since 2016, it has been a great convenience that he has appointments available on the weekends to cater for people that have work commitments and are not available to attend appointments during the week. The office staff have always been very accommodating to my requests and a pleasure to deal with. And I've always found Dr Chen to be very honest and competent which confirms to me that my health care is in safe hands. Dr Chen is a very hyper concensus hard worker who has a genuine interest in his patients. I have found him to be very admirable and consider him a great asset in the town.

The Wellness house is the best Doctors facility in Orange. Not only are the staff all very professional, reliable and dedicated but they are also friendly and don’t rush you through your appointments. They also offer Saturday appointments which is great when you work long hours during the week.Where else can you go to the doctor and also grab a coffee and a snack, see a nurse, see a dentist or many other professionals as well as have your blood taken for testing.The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful.I have personally seen Dr Chen for many years. He is an incredible Dr with genuine concern and care for his patients.If you need a medical center that has it all then the Wellness house is the place for you.

Dr Chen is an exceptionally caring and compassionate Doctor who always goes above and beyond to help his patients, and he shows an incredible dedication to helping those in need. Linny is possibly the best practice RN that I have ever dealt with, she mirrors Dr Chen's empathy and commitment. I would like to take the time to thank Dr Chen and the team and could not recommend them highly enough.

My Husband has attended the Wellness House since it first opened, when he had concerns re an odd lump on his hand. Dr Chen took one look and immediately suggested its removal, which was done. It was cancerous, not melanoma but bad enough that he won't get any freeze jobs, and anytime something comes up that way it is a surgical issue.I moved here in 2010 from the US, a Native American and as such had been used to very poor medical. The Doctors at the Wellness House have been great, and Dr Chen has got many long-term issues stabilised and improved, always working with me, and not against and built a solid trusting relationship, something I had not had with a Dr since childhood.Yes, he gets delayed sometimes, but he always listens, he always explains, and he always answers your questions, which may well be why things get delayed. We have also dealt with other staff, when he has been on holidays and never had a problem.Another thing I know of is his assistance to the homeless and less fortunate in this town and for that enough credit cannot be given, as he reminds me of the Drs when I was a child to whom medicine was not simply a job but a calling.

I am absolutely thrilled to have discovered Wellness House and my doctor there. Dr Viraj, is the best doctor I have had, ever! Dr Viraj is amazing, so caring, so efficient; he is in my opinion and experience, just the perfect GP. I add that the structure and support from the staff at Wellness House is terrific; everyone is helpful and so efficient. As a bonus the environment at Wellness House is such a joy.

We waited over 45minutes after they seemed to forget about us. The Dr gave us a script which would require us to get another appointment within in few days. Normally we are given a script for 5-6 months worth. I had taken time off work for this. The Dr also avoided writing a referral we needed. Waste of time going there. Even though they bulk bill it’s not a service I’d recommend.

For the most part I’ve enjoyed The Wellness house, Dr Moe is lovely and both nurses are wonderful and made me feel respected and cared for. However, after organising with a nurse to come in as a walk in for a very private and sensitive issue, i arrived and went to speak with a receptionist to let them know. The receptionist (older, with short grey hair) laughed at me when I said I had a walk in, doubted me when I said yes and that it had already been organised and then continued to dismiss and laugh at my request until we asked her to check with the nurse who then confirmed that I did in fact have the apt. I was not apologised to by the receptionist for her rude attitude and doubt and instead was comforted by the nurse after I was brought to tears by the prior conversation with the receptionist. When people come to the drs, chances are something is wrong and the last thing someone needs is to be met with hostility and be embarrassed, especially about something I was right about. This happened at 3:45-4pm Tuesday the 5th of July.

I've been seeing my doctor Thim ever since the wellness house first started operating.Dr Thim is very close to myself and my children.The staff and RNs are absolutely wonderful.DR THIM takes care of all of his patients the same.He's an absolutely beautiful soul and I recommend him and his surgery to everyoneGod bless you DR THIMKAREN FAY CRANE
