Reasonably fast service for sit down 2 coffees plus toasted sandwich/bacon & egg roll. but my coffee seemed very weak.

1. Expensive $16 for 2 sausage rolls.2. Waited over 15 mins just for them to microwave. Literally only one other food order infront of me too… Very slow

Purchased an egg and bacon roll plus a drink which came to $16.60 which is ok, however also ordered an avo on toast (1 very thin slice of toast and no extras) and a drink which came to came to $21 60. Total cost was $38.20.Some what unimpressed.

So much more than just a coffee emporium.Great food, great central location, REALLY REALLY REALLY switched-on professional staff, and Peter the franchise owner is absolutely hyper-vigilant about so many elements of the customer experience...Yeah, I know. That last bit is real bit of ****y management speak, but it truly is a focus he has at looking after the experience of the customers.And it translates to his amazing staff (Bronte and Melissa, to name just two).We just need malted milkshakes! ;-)

35 minute wait on a takeaway order!3 small hot chocolates and 2 frappes !!Absolutely disgusting service especially the girl who gave me my drinks her body language was awful.Will not be returning or recommending. Absolute joke!!My daughter had gotten a haircut in the time it took for me to receive my drinks!!

Looking for our new Hornsby brekky place. The food and coffee are delicious the coffee is well brewed and presented. Our waitress was very friendly and looked after us. We will definitely be back.

Coffee was good and came quickly despite it being reasonably busy. Bacon and egg roll was fresh, and a good size - perhaps a little small. Prices are a bit hit and miss, some stuff is quite reasonably priced, others a bit expensive. Plenty of tables to sit and eat at, and staff frequently moving through to clear plates and keep the joint clean and tidy.
