Worst apartment ever built! So much mould! No ventilation! Cheap and nasty! Maintenance team never respond. Had access to my apartment to fix defects and bbq cover was stolen. Never buy anything built by this company!

Utter incompetence.Don’t know how they’re managing an 100+ million dollar project at The Marker if they can’t even respond to a contract breaching defect after 41 days of first notification. Crema has provided the wrong joinery colour in three rooms, a window that’s been plastered over with a wall (like what?), poorly laid floorboards, and the list goes on. Not impressed Crema. Waiting for your response - better be good after 6 weeks in the making.

Terrible customer service. No transparency. We are completely in the dark. It’s not too much to expect accurate delivery of what we’ve paid a very large sum of money for. I’ve lost my patience with your terribly run company. This is not how you treat customers. Do better. What exactly do I need to do to get a response from you?
