We went to the store very close to the closing time but Mehadi was very patience with us and showed all the vacum cleaners that we were interested. He explained details very well and is very knowledgeable.Mehadi also gave us good discount. We ended up buying 3 vacum cleaners.Friendly professional staff. Highly recommended

He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient.He spent the longest time doing his utmost to explain the differences between all the different options. Terrible service from the guy in store, have a machine I have used maximum 5 times and the plastic inside is breaking off, clearly a manufacturing issue. He would not take it back argued that he must send it away, I cannot buy another brand of machine even tho it's less than 4 months old... I have a robovac I use daily this is just for corners! Screw you HOOVER and the clown in the shop... never going to Godfrey's again

At the time of buying sales person said it will last more then 5 years easy , Paid $800+ for Dboot . From last 3 months vacume is giving issues . Took that to service and they came back after a week that they can’t fix it and come back in June , or buy another one .There were so many vacuums in the market worth $300 but i bought this one as Godfreys is a company who should have credibility and not online store .I called customer care and they are saying that buy another one and get this fixed in June . I think these companies are just scamming people . Triple the price we pay for this pathetic service.Never ever go to Godfreys !!!

Highly recommend visiting Godfreys Castle Hill for all your cleaning needs. After walking into the store to purchase new cleaning utensils for my ducted vacuum system I walked out with an All-in one Robotic Vacuum & Mopping Cleaner X1 Omni and a Tineco Floor One S5 Pro Smart Cleaner. Credit goes to the extremely helpful, well mannered not pushy" salesman who professionally demonstrated product knowledge of all brands and functions to convince me. First class service and customer experience. This comment & compliment has been posted from an extremely happy customer having made my shopping experience a positive one. I am now the proud owner of a robot I have now named "Consuela" to do the chores I hate most."
