Shell Coles Express Biggera Waters

This staff have been there Too long and just dont care. Coffee machine always broken, doughnuts always hard, they never pass on the gifts with purchase, like the other coles do. Around rude .

Was just served by a very disgruntled employee named Nina. She complained to me that she gets in trouble from management for not greeting the customers as they arrived. She then said that she did say hello to me but that I didn't say hello back to her. I did apologise to her and explained that I did not hear her as I walked in.Very bizarre and off-putting behaviour from a staff member. I only came in for some milk.

The blond lady that works here is so RUDE! She needs a reality check in what good customer service is or just needs to move on from a job she clearly hates. The other couple of guys that work there are always so friendly and happy but would honestly drive straight pass if I saw her working.

Lady who works there is lovely,gets this low star rating as it isn't open all day and night asothe Cole's express stores. Lack of variety too.

European like woman,horrible person ,no attitude,worried to count the money and go home.

cook more hot food!!!Went into there to buy three sausage rolls, and came out with two sausages rolls and a pie. Another customer took my sausage roll off me cause there was none left

Most of the staff here are nice and talkative, a random bunch but never a bad attitude so far. A few of the more casual staff can be weird at times but nothing more than your average weird supermarket cashier.Lack of a toilet and the shop is too small. I always tend to walk out with similar purchases.I drop a star for it not being fully featured, it is cramped and isn't open late enough. Hours are controlled by Coles and not by this individual entity.You can't blame staff for wanting to leave work at exactly the time they're paid to. They don't get paid for 5-10 minutes overtime and the work is boring!This is what it says it is: Coles Express! So don't expect a supermarket. :)

i i was able to leave zero reviews i would. Sunday morning, it doesn't matter which lady is on as they are both as rude and each other. they can't smile, they are rude and trying to buy something makes you feel like you have wasted part of their day! my flatmate who has a degenerative brain injury from NRL they specifically make him uncomfortable and embarrassed. on other hand the male working there, go's out of his way to help. both women are getting paid Sunday rates which is at least $40 hour yet the act like they have to be at work for no pay.. i discourage any one who needs fuel to drive another km and purchase your fuel from the 3 other petrol stations on same road. very, very disappointed.
