I highly recommend Vijay and the whole team to anyone looking to purchase a portable oxygen concentrator. They were responsive to my request, walked me through the purchasing process and liaised with my mum's Home Care Package provider. They are also more affordable than other local providers. Vijay is clearly very passionate about giving people dependent on O2 their freedom back with compact portable devices and is very knowledgeable about which device is the right one based on your diagnosis and current O2 requirements. If you are looking to rent and then purchase CPAP machine, I highly recommend Vijay from Capital Chemist in Chisholm. He assisted me through every step of the process. He helped me try several different mask types and settle in the one that works for me. His support, particularly during the first month was invaluable as its a bit tricky to get it all right. He checked in with me most days and was available if I needed to go in and change or check anything. Now everything is going smoothly so he's still there to help with ongoing support and adjustments as needed, as well as to provide reports for my specialist. I can't imagine getting through to this point where the CPAP has become a part of my daily routine and nightly good sleep, without assistance from someone like Vijay. Keep up the good work Vijay!

He has provided amazing ongoing advice regarding: which mask was the correct one to use, mask fitting along with reviewing the machine outputs and tweaking this to my individual requirements. Thanks for helping me get my script filled despite it being a major run-around. Being from out of town I knew getting the script organised at such short notice wasn’t going to be easy but thankfully David (pharmacist) was able to get it sorted and I was back on the road with my medication!
