If you look at the plans it’s a shame there’s no allocated commercial space. A pub gym and shop would do great with the ever growing gillieston and heddon Greta not enough shops we have to either drive to kurri kurri or Maitland to shop yes it’s only 5 minutes each way but why not have something within walking distance when it’s definitely possible and viable
