Meh..That’s how I would sum up our stay.$409 will get you a nice bed, and half decent room.Our room wasn’t available until 2:30pm when check in was 2pm. Got to our room and our TV had no sound. We rang reception and he said someone will come up and fix it whilst we went out for 2hrs came back and TV wasn’t fixed so had to ring them again.Also upon checking in, was informed they had no parking available, so had to go find our own parking which was about a 5 min drive.No close restaurants, construction everywhere around the building.Very limited TV channels. No Netflix, Stan or anything. No room serviceAlso they hold a $100 deposit, apparently doesn’t get released from their end for 48hours, then can take another 5 for the banks to release it.Yeah definitely wouldn’t stay again

I absolutely love everything about this hotel !!I stayed here with my mum and sister last weekend for the Harry Styles Love on Tour.The lady who served us multiple times at reception was so kind and friendly, making our stay so much better ! she gove us a room upgrade and asked us about our experience of shopping and attending the concert.The hotel rooms itself was modern and sophisticated, allowing for the customers to feel welcomed. My sister and I also loved the pool, which had a beautiful melbourne skyline view (though we got a little lost finding it).Overall we loved our stay !! Not only this, but we loved how convenient the hotel was to Marvel Stadium and Southern Cross Station.

Stayed at Peppers Docklands recently for work; was a great space and a comfy space to rest!Stayed here recently for work and was really impressed. Downstairs bar and kitchen was new and modern. Staff were helpful (despite my late night checkin) and I was swiftly up to my room in the fourth floor.Room itself was spacious and comfortable. Showers and amenities were of a really great standard. Shower nice and hot in the morning with plenty of water pressure too! The bed itself was super comfortable as well, definitely aiding in a great night sleep.Nothing really to report in terms of negatives I experienced. Perhaps only feedback would be incorporating USB charging bed side, but honestly that’s a first world problem.Would happily stay here again in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff and location were great apart from not getting the pillows we asked for and towels, but do not leave anything in the room as you wont get it back. I spoke to the manager and he was not willing to follow up on why my property couldn't be found nor would he compensate me for it. He was more concerned with giving me as many excuses as he could as to why it wasnt found.I reported my lost property the next day, not 2 days (as the manager has responded with). I had already spoken to reception and hadn't heard back so had to ring again the next day and thats when the manager found out. He wasn't helpful in following up with the house keeper that cleaned my room he only wanted to make excuses as to why they weren't in lost property. He was not helpful at all.

The hotel is located in a really beautiful spot near the harbour. However it is an under developed area with not too many restaurants and cafes. The hotel bar only operates on weekends. So there is a bit to work on for the hotel.

The room space is okay, but the quality of management and housekeeping service were awful. On the day we arrived, we found the unclean trash in bathroom, sheets with stains and chips crumbs on both beds, and a very dirty mirror. We told the front desk about these issues, and they promised to keep an eye on the housekeeping team with a VIP standard" to clean our room. However

The team went above and beyond for us. Helped us with a late checkout, stored our bags securely for a few hours while we attended an event. Gave great local advice. Just above and beyond. We will definately stay here again.

The design is nice. However the rooms are not clean and service isn’t great. Bathrooms and balconies are dirty. There was hair in the bathroom. Balconies are dusty and have dead insects. Soap and sanitizer dispensers are empty. I waited 60min for some clean glasses and called reception twice. The glasses were never sent up. I spoke to the manager about these but there was no improvement.

stayed at peppers over the new years and had a great experience. The room was clean, well-furnished and comfortable. Staff in particular were great, so lovely and accommodating - i had a bit of trouble finding my room initially, and a wonderful member of housekeeping personally helped me find my room and we had a nice chat. Very good location - the tram stop was right outside, lots of restaurants nearby at docklands. Would definitely stay again.

Not a very good experience. Looks so stunning online, it's a pity it doesn't reflect it in real life. The TV kept dropping out, and always came back on at a certain channel everytime, so was a PITA getting back to the show you were watching. The carpet was all worn near the bathroom entrance. The glass counter top had a chipped edge, so left a sharp edge. The Parking was a Rip-off for o/night only parking ($45-50, never paid that much anywhere). And to top it off, just above our room, was a party on the balcony with about 20 people that went well into the wee hours, and not easy to sleep, which is not good when you have to get up early for work the next day. And finally, it advertised online that it had views of docklands water, which obviously was the case once, but not they are building a high-rise right next door, all you can see is cranes & concrete, with an early morning start with tradies & concrete pours etc.This is the only Hotel in the last 5years that never sent a Survey Email after the stay, so makes me think they knew it wouldn't be good??Wouldn't recommend or stay here again.
