The service was as bad as the food was good.Seriously, the lamb cheeks were falling apart soft, the sides were perfectly seasoned and spiced. It was all delicious.Unfortunate we had to order our drinks 3 times, and they got it wrong. The guy who took our food order told us we were wrong for not ordering a starter. TOLD US WE WERE WRONG....Have to circle back, food was delicious.

We went to dinner on our annual girls trip and it was amazing. The personalized communication from when we booked and the level of service on the night was incredible. It was a fancy but personal and relaxed atmosphere, and so enjoyable - it kind of felt like you were at your Aunties house for dinner. Food was delicious and good size share plates. Group favourites were the Jamaican spiced prawn pot and the Punjabi spiced chicken. Would definitely come back!

Outstanding food and brilliant concept. We thoroughly enjoyed all our 'round the world' dishes but standouts for me were the spinach and ricotta dumplings, the king prawn tempura, and the scallop tartare. The elderflower martini was delicious and so was the local wine. Highly recommend and can't wait to return.

You must try this place. 100% recommend to anyone in the Blue Mountains area. Very nice warm atmosphere inside. Mary-Jane Craig was serving and she is an excellent host. She gave explanations for the dishes we ordered and helped us with choosing from the menu. All items are share plates ranging from main size to small appetizers and sides. We had 2 salads, a broth shot, the fish curry as the main and quinoa as the side. Then we had to fit in dessert. All the food was delicious. I'm not a fan of olives but enjoyed them in the caprese salad as their flavour blended in so well with the other ingredients. Spent about 130$ each including drinks for 2 people and was well worth it. We were there for about 2.5 hours all up. Everything entered the clean plate club". Looking forward to our next fantastic dining experience at Cinnabar."

Pricey? Yes. Worth it? YES!!!Extremely lovely setting, and with a manager who is passionate about her food and craft. You can feel it from the moment you enter. Every single dish we ordered was delightful, and invigorating, well cooked, well seasoned, well spiced. If I were to review every item I’d run out of space, so I’ll just say - go try it, it’s worth it, book in advance!

Firstly let me just say the service was 5/5.Very attentive and friendly. The food was quite tasty and I enjoy the share plate style of eating. It’s aiming for fine dining but its a little on the steep side especially with alcohol thrown in.I also wish there was more vegan/vegetarian options.

Nice little restaurant. Menu is compact yet has a good selection of flavours. All share plates, suggest they highlight in the menu what are considered small share plates as in starters and what are larger share plates (mains). Well cooked and tasty. I would prefer to have given 4.5 star as it's not quite 5 star. So ultimately they get a 4 rating. Interesting beer selection in particular the Belgium beers. The flavours are what I would consider very high end home cooking. The duck mouse was over set, as in a little too much pectin or what ever seting agent they use. The beef cheeks could use a swig of red wine. The beetroot salad was great. The scallops very tasty. Everything but for the beef cheeks was a little under seasoned. Very solid, although a little over priced. Perhaps 15% so.

We had a fantastic dining experience. The Cinnabar Team delivers the full package with heart, charm and expert skill. Great Cocktails, duck liver mousse to die for, delicious pumpkin and beef checks....just to name our favourites. Can't wait to go back for more.
